Refund policy

We have a 30-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 30 days from placing your order to cancel or request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We’ll work with you to process your return and send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned, including custom or personalised products, sale items, and gift cards. If you’re unsure, please get in touch.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. Alternatively, you can request an exchange once we receive your returned item.

14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your invoice or proof of purchase.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we won’t dispatch it and will process your refund.
  • If it has shipped, you’ll need to return the item before we can process a refund. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
  • We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and update you on the refund status.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us.
