Our crystals are absolutely genuine.
Where do your crystals come from?
All of our crystals come directly from select suppliers in India. We choose to partner exclusively with companies that assure authentic, high-quality, ethically sourced crystals. We've established a strong rapport by visiting them and fostering a relationship built on trust and transparency.
How do you source your crystals?
Our crystals are obtained using responsible mining practices, prioritising the well-being of the environment and communities involved. We work closely with our suppliers to establish clear chains of custody, allowing us to trace the journey of each crystal from the mined area to your hands.
How do you select specific crystals for your collection?
Our experts are true lapidarist who make sure that the crystals are not only visually captivating but also possess a distinct, robust, and naturally occurring composition. We believe in offering you crystals that are beautiful inside and out.
Why don't you offer some of the more popular crystals in your collection?
We prioritise the authenticity and ethical sourcing of our crystal collection, which is why we may not offer some of the more popular crystals. For instance, the decision was made to remove crystals such as turquoise, and a few others from the inventory. This was due to uncertainties regarding the authenticity and origin of these crystals from certain suppliers we considered in the past. Our commitment to providing you with genuine and responsibly sourced crystals guides every choice we make.
Is it reasonable for me to be concerned about purchasing crystals from India given the stories I've heard from others?
Your concern is valid, and we value your careful consideration. It's essential for us to address this apprehension. We want to assure you that transparency and ethical practices are at the core of our sourcing and production processes. How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the tracking page.
Can I return or exchange my item?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, no questions asked. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refer to our refunds section.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and digital wallet payments; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are securely processed with Stripe.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free when your order is above the minimum spend!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. We're excited to share our crystals with customers around the world yet please note that international shipping times may vary due to customs regulations and geographic distance. Benefit from FREE international shipping on all orders for a minimum spend.
When should I expect my order?
Free shipping takes between 3-15 business days.
We swiftly dispatch orders within just 1 business day, sending them directly from India. However, sometimes with international shipping there are extended wait time primarily because of Customs clearance. As we continue to grow, we aspire to minimise shipping times, but for now, some aspects remain beyond our immediate control. Remember, these crystals have journeyed through ages to find their way to you, and they share in your excitement for this new chapter. Your patience during this process is greatly appreciated, and we thank you for understanding.
Can I request specific crystals or sizes?
Yes, you can certainly request specific crystals or sizes and we are here to accommodate your preferences as best as we can. While we may not have every crystal or size listed on our website, we encourage you to get in touch with our customer support team. They will be more than happy to assist.
