A Full Range of Dynamic, Engaging Classes at Three Great Locations
In addition to personal training, Sarah’s diverse class lineup keeps fitness fresh and exciting. She offers classes across three locations: The Little Escape Studio, Brown & Green Life Cafe, and the beautiful outdoor setting of Crystal Palace Park. Each class provides a well-rounded experience, blending fun, social interaction, and mindfulness. Sarah's classes:
- SAF Megamix: A mixed circuit including bodyweight exercises, suspension training, core exercises, and weight-bearing exercises. Expect a different mix every week!
- Somatics: Somatic exercise is movement that helps you with your mind-body connection. It is designed to assist with regulating emotions, rather than focusing on physical goals such as weight loss or strength gain.
- Plyometrics: Plyometric training involves performing explosive, powerful movements often used by athletes and sports people to improve speed and performance.
- Bells, Balls & Bags: A circuit-style class making full use of a varied range of toys, including kettlebells, slam balls, aqua bags, sand bags, clubbells, aqua balls, and dumbbells.
- Barre: A fitness class that utilises traditional ballet postures to help build strength throughout the body, particularly the booty, calves, and thighs. This class will help you to feel stronger, as well as improving your posture and flexibility.
- Box Fit: A high-energy class involving pad work in pairs set to a high-energy playlist!
- Rebounding: A low-impact, knee-friendly cardio workout. Regular rebounding helps with your body's lymphatic drainage and is great for strengthening your core and pelvic floor.
- Bass Camp: Set to a high-energy drum and bass playlist, this class is a mix of aerobic, cardio movements followed by resistance-based strength training.
- Recover: A monthly session designed to give your body some much-needed TLC. Whether you've been training hard and need to stretch tight muscles or need to move more and give your body love, this session is for you.
- Core Blimey: A 45-minute class devoted entirely to strengthening the most important part of your body, your core, using equipment like hula hoops, ab wheels, sliders, slam balls, balance boards, resistance bands, and weights.
- Gravity: A circuit-style workout focusing on using just gravity and your own bodyweight to build strength and mobility.
- VIIT (Variable Intensity Interval Training): Strength-focused exercises interlaced with bursts of cardio, making full use of the iconic Crystal Palace ruins and taking in spectacular views
- Shesensu: A unique fitness concept that combines cardio, sculpt, stretch, and mindfulness. Developed by Tara Lee, this class blends Ancient and Modern, Eastern and Western, into one intelligent movement flow.
- Aqua Ball Flow: A low-impact, flow-style workout using a water-filled medicine ball to perform strength and mobility-focused movements. The instability of the water within the ball creates extra challenges, especially for core stability.
- Retro Pump: A full-body workout, one lift at a time, using a bar with adjustable resistance levels.
Special Events and Memberships
- Fitness Retreat: Sarah is teaming up with Maxine Latinis (aka Barre Max) for a fitness retreat in Puglia, Italy, from May 2–5, 2025. The retreat is designed to offer a fun, social, and immersive wellness experience in the beautiful Italian countryside.
